What we rent
Four things, done properly
We keep a tight inventory and know it cold. If your event needs more than we carry, we source it and it still arrives on one truck, on one invoice, from one person you already talked to.
Tables and chairs
Sixty inch rounds that seat eight, padded white folding chairs that hold a real adult, and floor length linens laundered between every event.
Backyard games
Cornhole with lit rings, a four foot Connect Four and giant Jenga. This is the difference between a party guests leave at eight and one they leave at eleven.
Lighting
Fairy lit umbrellas and three foot marquee numbers. Nothing changes a lawn into a venue faster than what happens to it after dark.

Cornhole

Our rates, in the open
Most rental companies make you fill in a form to learn what a chair costs. Here are the numbers. Rates cover the full rental period, and tents are quoted to your yard because no two are the same.

How it works
Three steps, no proposal deck

Tell us the date
Send your date, zip code and headcount. We confirm the same day whether we can cover it, with the total price. If you want a tent, we ask about the yard and quote that too.

We deliver ahead of the party
Most orders go out Thursday or Friday so you are not staging your own event on the morning of it. Tents install earlier. We place everything where you want it and set it up if you would rather not.

We collect after
Sunday evening or Monday for a weekend event. Stack it roughly where we left it and go to bed. Linens go back dirty, because laundering is already in the price.
Common questions
Before you ask
How big an event can you handle?
Backyard parties through full tented events. We carry our core inventory and source the rest through established supplier relationships, so a larger headcount is a scheduling question rather than a no. Tell us the number and we will tell you exactly what it takes.
Do you rent tents?
Yes. Tell us your headcount and roughly what the yard looks like, including slope, trees and where the power is. We size the tent, quote it as one line on your order and handle install and removal.
What if it rains?
Tables and chairs are fine wet, and we will stack them somewhere covered on request. If a party is cancelled outright, tell us more than forty eight hours ahead and we move your date at no charge.
Do I have to clean anything?
Wipe the crumbs off the tables. Linens go back dirty and laundering is in the price.
Do you set it up?
If you want us to. Delivery places everything where you point. Full setup and breakdown starts at $125, and tent installation is always handled by us.
How far ahead should I book?
Two to three weeks for a spring or fall Saturday, and earlier for graduation season and a tent. If your date is close, ask anyway. We would rather tell you no quickly than leave you wondering.
